Mercer specializes in outsourcing of employee benefits for their clients.  The recent economic downturn has forced companies to make sure they are being efficient with employee coverages.  In this case, the message was 'we need to make sure our employees are accurately reporting their number of dependents'.

It was important to soften the message.  So we created a friendly approach to solving the problem.  We devised a simple, generic illustrative style in order to convey the message that 'we're all in this together'.
